Accace Adept is the joint venture of Accace and Adept Advisory, established to pursue a long-term strategy of providing innovative BPO services in the area of accounting, payroll and HR administration to our clients in South Africa, the United Kingdom and globally. We joined forces to access each other’s valuable insight, knowhow and practices, while combining our experience in complementary fields of expertise. We provide high-quality services guaranteed through a set of stringent international requirements and business standards.

Accace is a proactive consultancy and outsourcing partner who bridges the gap between needs and solutions. Accace operates internationally as Accace Circle, a co-created business community of like-minded BPO providers and advisors who deliver outstanding services with elevated customer experience and erase the borders of service delivery. Covering over 50 jurisdictions with nearly 2,500 professionals, we support more than 15,000 customers, mostly mid-size and international Fortune 500 companies from various sectors, and process at least 200,000 pay slips globally.

Ditikeni Advisory Holdings has a 25% shareholding in Adept Advisory. Ditikeni is truly broad-based in its black economic empowerment objectives. The group is owned by 22 non-profit organisations serving black communities at grassroots level. The work they do through the non-profit beneficiary organisations directly and indirectly impacts the lives of over 2 million of our country’s poorest and most marginalised citizens.

Michelle is an experienced financial professional with a demonstrated history of working within diverse corporate environments in the UK and South Africa. She has a comprehensive knowledge of finance, risk and control environments, and is focused on people, business development and streamlining of business processes through digital transformation. Michelle dedicates herself to understanding an appreciating each client’s situation and goals before recommending services. She realises that every client has individual needs and a unique business journey.
